🔄 Returns & Refunds
Not 100% happy with your Dreammiu purchase?
No worries — you can request a return, refund, or store credit within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions:

Items must be new, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.

Shipping and handling fees (including gift wrap) are non-refundable.
How it works:

Email us at support@dreammiu.com to start your return.

Refunds are processed within 72 hours after we receive your item.

Your refunded amount will appear in your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable or signed-for service and keeping your proof of postage.
🔁 Exchanges
Want a different size, color, or style? You can request an exchange within 30 days of delivery.
How it works:

Contact support@dreammiu.com to confirm availability (we usually reply within 2 business days).

Send your item back for exchange.

If the new item costs more, we will email you to pay the difference.

If it costs less, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

Multiple exchanges may incur additional postage fees starting from the second exchange.
🛑 Order Cancellations
Because every Dreammiu piece is handcrafted, our processing time is 3–5 business days before shipment.

You may cancel your order anytime before it ships, as long as the cancellation request is within the allowed time frame set on our website.

Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled — but you may still return it after delivery following our standard return policy.

Please allow 3–5 business days for careful crafting, quality checks, and packaging before your order ships.
