Not 100% happy with your Dreammiu purchase?
No worries — you can return it for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions:

Items must be new, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.

Shipping & handling charges (including gift wrap) are non-refundable
How it works:

Contact us at support@dreammiu.com to start your return.

Refunds are processed within 72 hours of receiving your item.

The refunded amount will appear on your original payment method in 5–7 business days.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend trackable or signed-for shipping and keeping your proof of postage.
🔁 Exchanges
Want a different size, style, or metal color? You can exchange within 30 days.
How it works:

Contact support@dreammiu.com to confirm availability. Reply usually within 2 business days.

Return your item to us for the exchange.

If the new item is more expensive, we’ll email you to pay the difference.

If it’s cheaper, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.

Multiple exchanges may incur additional postage fees from the second exchange onward.
